McCullers Road Rescue LLC operates ServeMiGo and is the data controller for the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.
Account details (name, email, phone), company details, job information entered by your company, team messages, and — only while a driver chooses to share it — the driver's latest location. We keep only the most recent location, not a history. We also keep basic usage and device information needed to run and secure the service.
We use this data only to run the Service: dispatching jobs, showing drivers on the map, messaging, billing, security, and customer support. Our legal basis is performing the contract you have with us, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it, and — where required — your consent (for example, driver location sharing, which is always optional). We do not sell your data. Each company's data is private to that company.
Payments are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders, which handles payment, billing, tax, and invoicing data. We never see or store your full card details.
Only with the service providers that run the Service (hosting and infrastructure), with Paddle for payments and subscription management, with professional advisers when needed, and with authorities where the law requires it.
We keep account and company data while your account is active. When an account is closed or data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, tax records).
We use encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls so each company can only reach its own data, and least-privilege access for our own staff and systems.
Drivers can stop location sharing at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. We respond within one month.
