Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us and we will help.
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future charges; refunds for a past charge follow the 14-day window above.
Free months offered on eligible monthly plans have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or refunded.
