ServeMiGo ("the Service") is provided by McCullers Road Rescue LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The Service connects customers with service providers and local businesses, and provides software for managing jobs, deliveries, dispatch and company teams. We provide software only; we do not perform the services listed and are not responsible for work done by businesses, independent providers or drivers using the Service.
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. Company owners are responsible for the people they invite and the data they enter.
Plans renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. New company subscriptions cost $35/month or $420/year, with unlimited team size. Each team member pays their own separate $5/month or $60/year subscription; member fees are not added to the company's bill. Independent freelancers pay $20/month or $240/year. There is no company team-fee cap because members are billed separately. Existing subscribers retain their current billing unless a change is agreed separately, and complimentary software entitlements remain free. On monthly plans only, freelancers and eligible invited company owners pay their first month, then receive the next 2 months free. Annual subscriptions are billed in full with no free-month promotion. Refunds are available within 14 days of an order; see our Refund Policy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries about payments.
Do not misuse the Service, break the law, share other people's location without their consent, or try to access another company's data.
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
