A company offers you a specific job and states the pay up front. Accepting it costs you nothing; the company records payment to you.
Customer leads you may buy
Customers request quotes. You can preview matching requests free and pay a one-time fee to unlock contact details. Up to 3 providers can connect per request, so buying a lead doesn't guarantee the job.
