Can I request a quote for free?
Yes. Requesting quotes is free. The service itself is priced by the provider you choose.
Which services and areas are supported?
See all services. Coverage depends on which providers work near you; if nobody connects, your request shows that.
Will a company or an independent professional contact me?
Either, or you can choose only companies or only independent professionals when you request.
How many providers can connect to my request?
At most three provider businesses in total. It's shared, never exclusive. You can close it anytime.
How do I choose a quote or arrange a visit?
Connected providers contact you by your preferred method and you arrange the details with them directly. In-app quote comparison is coming soon.
Team member vs independent professional?
A team member is invited by one company and works its jobs. An independent professional applies on their own, gets each service approved, and finds their own work.
Do invited contractors need an independent subscription?
No. Team members use their company's workspace under the team member plan below; they never need the independent plan or pay for leads their company bought.
Can one person do both?
Yes, with one account. Before any purchase you choose whether you're buying for the company or for yourself.
What does the company plan include?
Unlimited jobs and team size, offers, calendar, team chat, reports and pay records. It doesn't include lead fees.
When are lead fees charged, and who pays?
Only when a provider chooses to unlock a customer request. For a company, the owner pays once for the whole team.
Are internal company assignments charged as leads?
Never. Your own customers and jobs you assign to your team carry no lead fee.
Does paying for a lead guarantee a job?
No. It gives you the customer's details for that request; the customer chooses who to hire.
What does service approval mean?
A reviewer approved you for that specific service. It isn't a licence, insurance or background check.
Requests, leads and jobs — what's the difference?
A request is what a customer submits. A lead is a provider's paid access to it. A job is the work a company or professional actually schedules and completes.
